About our church

North Ryde Anglican Church is a community of believers keen to share life.

Our dream is to share the life which has been won for us by Jesus Christ - both with each other as a community of believers, and also with our friends in the community.

North Ryde Anglican is an evangelical church. We believe God has spoken to us in his word, the Bible (2 Timothy 3:16-17). The Bible teaches us that we have all chosen to ignore our creator and have tried to run life without him. This has consequences. In the short term, frustration and anxiety as life breaks down outside of God's plan. In the long term, judgement and separation from God. However, in his love, God sent his son Jesus to die on the cross in our place, taking the separation from God we deserve upon himself, allowing us to reconnect both with God and each other.
